Nancy Shepherd-    Nancy has been an educator/trainer almost all of her working life.  Originally from Illinois, she has lived in:  Olympia, Washington; Mannheim, Germany; Trinidad, Colorado; Durango, Colorado and has been in Farmington for the last 26 years.  She previously worked as a middle school /high school teacher, a financial planner and has been an administrator at San Juan College for the last 24 years.  She recently received her doctorate in community college leadership from New Mexico State University.  Her family is composed of her significant other, Andy Novak, her daughter (Monika) in Dallas, and her son (Nik) and his family in Osaka, Japan.  The joy of her summer was holding her 8-month-old granddaughter, Sophia, who was visiting from Japan.

Lisa Hanchett- Born in Farmington and raised in New Mexico. Lisa is currently the Administrator at the San Juan Care and Rehabilitation Center. Lisa received her Registered Nursing Degree at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.  She recently moved to Farmington from Santa Fe, NM in June, 2011.  She has 2 children, Tyler-11 years and Zoe-9 years.

Ronna Carpenter- is  originally from Aztec, NM.  Ronna graduated from NMSU with Bachelor's and Master's in Business with Emphasis in Human Resources Management. She has worked in corporate HR, HR consulting and taught HR and Management classes. She works with husband, Eric, at Family First Chiropractic and Wellness Center, LLC (new practice in Farmington). Ronna and Eric have been married 17 years and have 2 children,  Wesley 8 and daughter Alyssa 6

Marilyn Anderson, owns theTaco Bells in Farmington. She has 6 grown children.
